Who we are
LucidWave is a personal project dedicated to making 40 Hz light & sound practice accessible. Our website is lucidwave.co. We host the site on Cloudflare Pages.
What we collect on this website
- Basic server logs (handled by our host) for security and reliability (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps). We do not use these to personally identify you.
- Emails you send us (e.g., support or subscribe requests). If you email us, we’ll see your email address and the content you provide.
- No account on the website. We don’t have logins or user accounts on the site.
- No ad trackers installed. If we add analytics later, we’ll update this policy first.
What the iOS app collects
- Local settings (on your device): last-used timer, sound/light preferences. These are stored on your device to make the app convenient to use. They are not sent to us.
- No health data is collected or transmitted by the app.
- No account required for the app.
- Payments (when available) are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
How we use information
- Provide and improve the website and app.
- Respond to your emails and support requests.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site/app (for example, hosting and email), under agreements that require them to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe: If you emailed us to subscribe, reply to any email and ask to unsubscribe.
- Access/Deletion: Email help@lucidwave.co to request a copy or deletion of information you’ve provided.
- EU/EEA & UK visitors: You may have rights under GDPR (access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability). Contact us and we’ll help.
- California residents: You may have rights under CCPA/CPRA (access, deletion, opt-out of sale/share). We do not sell personal information.
Children
Our website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
